Sometimes, it's nice to just ramble for a couple minutes a day just to get things off your mind, whether it be a cyber-journal, or your little brother who could care less. Even in desperate times, just acting like someone/something is listening to you helps, though only in certain situations. For me, well, almost everyone on DeviantArt, I guess some of its typing into this cyberjournal and hoping that we don't type something personal in it and can edit it fast enough so that no one caught it (yikes!). I think the reason is cause it just calms you knowing how what you have to say has been published/said, one way or another; that you got it out finally, wether it be how you got a A+ on your Semester Exam, or how you're going to ask your girlfriend whom you've known for countless years to marry you. But it's not always happy, like how a very close friend moves away, or even a death in the family. In these cases ecspecially, it helps to talk a little to someone/thing. But in the cases like mine, mostly boredom or an inspiring thought, it's nice just to rant a little or jot a thought down on paper, so that you might get back to it later or inspire someone else and open up a chain of inspiration. Either or, the reason I'm ranting is, well, the thought occured to me, "Why do I talk to myself?". Some jot their ideas on a notepad or a napkin at a fancy weekend restaraunt getaway, but for mine, I had to write a whole journal about it. Anywho, what I'm trying to say in the best I can is that any rant, as exciting or heartbreaking as it can be, can help sometimes.
